A meeting has been held in Winterthur on August 2nd, 2007 in the rooms of the Swiss Normalization Organization.
At this meeting, the ratification of the specification has been decided. The result of the meeting was approval of the current proposal, albeit with comments. This is a rather weird result since technical problems have indeed been established during the meeting. Also, in his blog, Matthias Stürmer of /ch/open reports about numerous inconsistencies which he found in the process.
André Wienck of SyGroup is a member of the normalization body which is in charge of the proposal.
